What you will do
- Own and champion the creative vision for EMEA, ensuring creative excellence across campaigns, content, digital, social, events, and product marketing.
- Act as the senior creative authority for EMEA, setting quality standards and best practices.
- Partner globally with department leadership, Brand, programming, and Marketing teams to localise global campaigns for EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-market creative team across EMEA, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and accountability.
- Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience leading creative teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience working in EMEA markets.
- Strong sports-based portfolio demonstrating brand-led, integrated campaigns across channels.
- Excellent understanding of digital, social, content, and integrated marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- A huge sports fan, with a genuine interest in a wide range of sporting rights and personalities.
