What you will do

• Manage and provide 1-on-1 feedback to a growing team of writers, video producers, and social media creatives.
• Develop and maintain high editorial standards consistent with the brand’s identity and tone of voice.
• Maximize audience exposure in Central US and Canada markets through media strategies and event coverage.
• Lead hiring processes for new content creatives in the Central US and Canada region.
• Liaise with regional and executive editors to share feedback and set strategies.
• Analyze internal KPIs to inform future content strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working for a newsroom, content, creative, or digital media agency.
• Native level of English proficiency is required.
• Strong passion for journalism, social media, and digital marketing.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and inspiring a team to achieve goals.
• Hands-on knowledge of the current social media landscape and digital media trends.
• Comfortable identifying and tracking community KPIs and drawing data-driven conclusions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Wordpress & Canva.
• A second language is a plus.
