Salary: $57,100.00 – $97,500.00 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with product owner and development team to refine user stories.
- Create sample plans, expected results, and acceptance criteria for new features.
- Manually calculate compliance tests (e.g., ADP/ACP, 410(b)) to verify system calculations.
- Perform comprehensive testing of new features and document all tests.
- Ensure software functionality aligns with ERISA laws and regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation for future testing and suggest software improvements.
Requirements
- ASPPA Credential (QKA, QKC, or QPA).
- Experience administering defined contribution plans (e.g., 401(k), profit-sharing).
- 1+ years of experience in a development QA environment.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from a local US office.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with customer support.
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools.
- Experience with ftwilliam.com DB Compliance software.
