Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home) from one of our local offices in Madison, WI, Coppell, TX, Glastonbury, CT, Waltham, MA, or Riverwoods, IL, USA. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $57,100.00 – $97,500.00 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with product owner and development team to refine user stories.
• Create sample plans, expected results, and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Manually calculate compliance tests (e.g., ADP/ACP, 410(b)) to verify system calculations.
• Perform comprehensive testing of new features and document all tests.
• Ensure software functionality aligns with ERISA laws and regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for future testing and suggest software improvements.

Requirements

• ASPPA Credential (QKA, QKC, or QPA).
• Experience administering defined contribution plans (e.g., 401(k), profit-sharing).
• 1+ years of experience in a development QA environment.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from a local US office.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter with strong teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer support.
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools.
• Experience with ftwilliam.com DB Compliance software.
