What you will do

• Design and evolve global network infrastructure for scalability, resilience, and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain interconnection strategies with ISPs, carriers, and Internet Exchange Points.
• Plan and manage capacity expansion projects, including new PoPs, backbone link upgrades, and routing optimization.
• Lead the design and operation of DDoS mitigation systems.
• Implement and maintain network automation and monitoring tools.
• Prepare and maintain architectural documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in designing and operating large-scale, carrier-grade networks.
• English: Advanced (C1) required.
• Strong knowledge of Internet routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and MPLS.
• Experience in interconnection and peering, managing PNIs, IXPs, and coordinating with ISPs.
• Understanding of global network infrastructure, including submarine cables, backbone, and data center interconnects (DCI).
• Solid background in network security at scale, including DDoS mitigation, blackholing, and traffic scrubbing.
• Hands-on experience with carrier-grade hardware from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Nokia.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CDN architecture, caching strategies, and traffic distribution models.
