What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for all digital products and platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams during design and delivery.
• Maintain and manage the country’s IT landscape, including applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Co-develop detailed roadmaps for moving from legacy systems to global platforms.
• Oversee and support day-to-day solution architecture efforts, including design and review.
• Chair the Country Architecture committee and represent the country in regional forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution or IT Architect within services, consulting, or product companies.
• Proven track record on solution architecture in a cloud environment, with good knowledge of Azure solutions.
• Good overall cloud Architecture knowledge (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS, CI/CD, FinOps).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experienced at creating detailed high-quality architecture documents.
• English fluent.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience in payments, Benefits & Rewards Industry.
• French language skills.
