Focus on driving technical investigation efforts, solving complex issues, and ensuring customer success in a remote environment.

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

What you will do

  • Provide advanced technical support for enterprise software customers.
  • Drive technical investigation efforts independently and as part of a team.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and collaborate with various internal teams.
  • Solve complex technical issues related to cybersecurity SaaS products.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in enterprise software customer support or IT related support.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 3+ years of advanced experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory/LDAP/GPO, Networking (DNS, TLS, packet captures), and RDP.
  • 3+ years of intermediate experience with UNIX/Linux OS, Azure/Entra ID, AWS IAM, Command-Line Interfaces (CMD, Powershell, UNIX/Linux), SSH, and RestAPI/scripting (bash, Powershell, Python).
  • Strong dedication to customer service and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with other Cloud Technologies (AWS, Google) and Virtualization.
  • Knowledge of DataDog, Databases (SQL preferred), and Security Software.
  • Familiarity with Versioned key-value stores, metadata tagging, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
  • Experience with AWS STS, Identity federation, OIDC flows, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (service accounts, workload identity federation, secrets management).
