Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey, with frequent travel across Turkey

What you will do
- Drive new client acquisition and incremental revenue from targeted agencies and advertisers in Turkey.
- Build and maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline of clients for the Microsoft Advertising platform.
- Cultivate strategic client relationships, generate revenue, and deliver customized search solutions.
- Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop quality customer plans.
- Achieve specific KPIs focused on driving new customer acquisition, product adoption, and customer experience.
- Strengthen your Search Industry expertise and take personal accountability for career development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience with 4+ years in online media sales/digital advertising.
- Strong network of clientele in the Turkey marketplace and understanding of key digital players.
- Proven experience and ability to build a client base from scratch.
- Experience in lead generation, networking, and ad-agency relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
- Possess excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
- MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
- Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem.
- Ad-Agency Experience.
