Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey, with frequent travel across Turkey

What you will do

  • Drive new client acquisition and incremental revenue from targeted agencies and advertisers in Turkey.
  • Build and maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline of clients for the Microsoft Advertising platform.
  • Cultivate strategic client relationships, generate revenue, and deliver customized search solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop quality customer plans.
  • Achieve specific KPIs focused on driving new customer acquisition, product adoption, and customer experience.
  • Strengthen your Search Industry expertise and take personal accountability for career development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience with 4+ years in online media sales/digital advertising.
  • Strong network of clientele in the Turkey marketplace and understanding of key digital players.
  • Proven experience and ability to build a client base from scratch.
  • Experience in lead generation, networking, and ad-agency relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

  • MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
  • Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem.
  • Ad-Agency Experience.
