What you will do

• Follow incident management process end-to-end in a timely manner including triage of incident.
• Conduct impact analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination with other teams.
• Perform high-level analysis and consolidation of new client requirements.
• Support the development team by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage end-user expectations and engage relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
• Technical degree in IT or a business-related field.
• Full professional fluency in both English and German

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Core & Front Platform with certification.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB.
• Knowledge of payments, trading, or regulatory reporting.
