What you will do

• Own key steering processes, track performance, and identify trends using analytical skills.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, data analysts, and engineers to support data-driven decision-making.
• Take charge of projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution, and present results to senior leadership.
• Assist in planning and steering vehicle demand and supply across the vehicle lifecycle, supporting analyses around deal profitability and unit economics.
• Support the development and scaling of hirify.global’s new Remarketing-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering, contributing to go-to-market initiatives and partner analyses.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive partner acquisition, build scalable processes, and shape the service offering.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business analytics, economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field at a top university with a strong academic track record.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
• Comfortable working with numbers and translating analysis into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
• Previous experience in startups or other fast-paced environments like consulting.
• Very good English skills (C1-2) and German (C1-2 for Remarketing).

Nice to have

• Experience with BI Tools and SQL.
