What you will do
- Lead resource planning and budget management for internal and external creative projects.
- Structure projects from initial brief to final delivery, aligning timelines, milestones, and responsibilities across stakeholders.
- Act as a connective tissue, facilitating collaboration and communication across Brand & Product Marketing, Growth, Enterprise, Lifecycle, and Sales Enablement teams.
- Design, implement, and iterate on workflows that increase team efficiency and quality over time.
- Integrate creative AI tools and practices to enhance production efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Producer, Creative Operations Manager, or equivalent role, preferably within SaaS or digital-first marketing/creative teams.
- Deep understanding of the creative process and production stages (strategy, ideation, execution, delivery).
- Skilled in project management tools and methods, capable of tracking multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to navigate diverse perspectives.
- Comfortable working hands-on, solving challenges in real time, and maintaining proactive energy.
