What you will do

• Explore and analyze datasets from multiple hirify.global products to extract insights and identify ML-ready features.
• Assist in designing scalable data structures, including data lake organization and transformation pipelines.
• Prototype machine learning models for forecasting, clustering, classification, and recommendation engines.
• Contribute to early data platform efforts using AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Help define how data should be organized, enriched, and governed to support analytics and AI applications.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define hirify.global’s long-term data analytics and AI strategic framework.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation around April/May 2026 or December 2026.
• Strong foundations in machine learning concepts: classification, regression, clustering, time-series forecasting.
• Experience with Python and common ML/data libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with SQL and experience working with real datasets.
• Understanding of data engineering fundamentals—pipelines, transformation workflows, modeling.
