What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear data vision and strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Own execution and delivery for Data Platform and Data Science, translating goals into roadmaps and staffing plans.
• Design and evolve the data platform, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, and observability.
• Identify and apply practical, high-leverage opportunities to use AI across data engineering and data science.
• Lead, develop, and retain high-performing data engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or data science, including production systems.
• Experience leading teams with modern cloud data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Hands-on familiarity with data transformation and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
• Experience building data pipelines and services using Python and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS).
• Experience integrating and managing diverse data sources (unstructured web data, APIs, event streams, third-party SaaS tools).
• English: B2 required.
