• Document hardware/tools/platform tutorials and define local methodologies.
• Identify additional testing activities and new opportunities for the local team.
• Conduct training and mentor new team members.
• Manage complex tasks and ensure team coordination and communication.
• Introduce the latest tools and innovations in daily QA activities.
• Compile daily reports and actively participate in project discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in game testing on multiple projects (mobile/PC/console).
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across development and design teams.
• Proven problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of various game genres.
