What you will do

• Support North America publishing strategy for an upcoming UE5 open-world title from early testing to live operations.
• Define player segmentation, target audiences, and positioning frameworks to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate player insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead consumer and player research programs for North American audiences.
• Partner with creative, media, and influencer teams for cross-media campaigns.
• Support user growth, retention, and re-engagement strategies with data-driven experimentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game or entertainment publishing within North America, including pre-launch and live-ops strategic planning.
• Proven experience supporting Asian or global entertainment IPs in the U.S. market entry.
• Deep understanding of North American player behavior, segmentation, and genre trends.
• Experience designing or applying player feedback and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities within a global organization.
