What you will do

• Drive creative vision for marketing campaigns across multiple AAA digital game titles.
• Collaborate with marketing and studio teams to translate strategy into campaign creative.
• Guide external agency partners and vendors to deliver world-class trailers, key art, and digital assets.
• Lead the direction of brand toolkits, campaign aesthetics, and creative guidelines across channels.
• Present creative work and vision to senior stakeholders, building alignment and buy-in.
• Ensure creative work aligns with performance goals and supports full-funnel marketing plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership for games, entertainment, or genre IPs.
• Direct experience launching at least one AAA or AA+ video game (from pre-announcement through launch).
• 5+ years managing and mentoring creative teams and guiding external agencies.
• Expertise in campaign development, visual storytelling, and digital-first content.
• Deep familiarity with trailers, key art, social creative, and player-facing branding.
• A passion for gaming and a keen understanding of how fans engage with IP and community.
