What you will do
- Lead and grow an engineering team working at the intersection of security, AI, and product innovation.
- Partner with product managers, security experts, and AI researchers to design and deliver AI Agents.
- Guide the team in building production-ready systems combining hirify.global’s security platform with GenAI models, agents, and RAG pipelines.
- Coach and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Own the delivery of critical product initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and reliability.
- Participate in hands-on work including code reviews, design reviews, and some coding.
Requirements
- Experienced engineering leader with 1+ years of experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Knowledgeable about LLM technologies (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agents) and their application in production systems.
- Comfortable with backend or full-stack development in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align stakeholders.
- Passion for building teams and culture.
Nice to have
- Excited to work in the security domain with an understanding of threat investigation.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face).
- Contributions to AI/ML infrastructure or applied GenAI products.
