Manager I, Engineering - Bits AI Security Analyst

What you will do

• Lead and grow a talented engineering team at the intersection of security, AI, and product innovation.
• Partner with product managers, security experts, and AI researchers to design and deliver LLM-powered AI Agents for customers.
• Guide the team in building production-ready systems that combine hirify.global’s security platform with GenAI models, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Help engineers grow in their careers through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Own the delivery of critical product initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and reliability.
• Participate in hands-on work including code reviews, design reviews, and some coding.

Requirements

• Experienced engineering leader with 1+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers.
• Knowledgeable about LLM technologies (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agents) and their application in production systems.
• Comfortable with backend or fullstack development in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Passion for building teams and culture as much as building systems.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the security domain and how analysts investigate threats and alerts.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Contributions to AI/ML infrastructure or applied GenAI products.
• Experience scaling products in a high-growth SaaS environment.
