TL;DR

Director Client Solutions (SaaS): Leading and managing a team of client success managers to drive product adoption, customer retention, and growth through renewals and upsells with an accent on strategic account management and team enablement. Focus on building executive relationships, influencing product roadmap, and scaling client solutions capabilities.

Location: Hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC or Washington, DC or Denver, CO with 3+ days/week in office required. Remote employees will not be considered.

Salary: $145,000 - $205,000 per year, including base and semi-annual bonus tied to team and company performance.

What you will do

  • Set vision and strategic plan for Client Solutions Management team to drive product adoption and growth through renewals and retention.
  • Manage 7 Customer Success & Engagement Managers across US and Canada responsible for hirify.global’s customer base.
  • Own gross and net retention metrics and lead commercial activities with the team.
  • Ensure team skills in project management, change management, and business value communication.
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers maintaining senior-level relationships.
  • Partner with product and marketing to influence roadmap and drive account-based marketing and advocacy.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop career paths for team members.

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ years experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or related client-facing analytical roles.
  • 3+ years leading and managing teams in SaaS customer success or related fields.
  • Proven ability to retain millions of dollars with ownership mindset.
  • Strong relationship building with senior executives and functional managers.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills balancing technical and business focus.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly to customer sites and team locations.
