What you will do

• Own product outcomes and OKRs for the core experience team.
• Develop and drive quarterly roadmap and product strategy aligned with hirify.global’s mission.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Design and prototype new features based on user research.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and support teams to launch products effectively.
• Establish metrics to measure product success and refine the strategy based on data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or legaltech.
• Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies.
• Deep understanding of user-centric design principles and experience in conducting user research.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Skilled at leveraging data to inform decisions and iterate on the product roadmap.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Experience working with AI-powered products.
