What you will do

• Set up and maintain project schedules for short and long-term project goals.
• Translate project quality needs into requirements for art teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests, proactively solving problems.
• Partner with Art Direction, Art Team Leads, and QC to ensure smooth production.
• Communicate relevant information to stakeholders and negotiate scope/quality with Art Directors.
• Anticipate resource needs, collaborate with the sales team, and ensure optimal team structure and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing art production teams for video games.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Sophisticated understanding of modern project management methods.
• Background in art to understand artistic and technical aspects of production.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with a dynamic work environment.
• Deep understanding of Art development, approval processes, and dependency chains.
• Strong communication skills, with a preference for facilitating conversations between design and art teams.
