Salary: $143,000 - $218,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead narrative production including story, quest, mocap, perfcap, and VO recording.
• Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.
• Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams, empowering them to self-organize.
• Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.
• Lead the growth of teams in size and quality through dedicated coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
• Experience in the development and shipping of AAA narrative RPG titles.
• Experience with producing narrative content from story through quest design to cinematics and animation.
• Experience with Mocap, Perfcap and VO production.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Thorough understanding of technical limitations and pipelines in game development, including engineering best practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
