What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops with business teams to identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions, building and refining LLM prompts, instructions, logic flows, and Guardrails in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Rapidly create internal applications (backend, frontend, workflows, APIs) using Vibe-Coding with advanced code models like Claude Code/GPT-Dev.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, environments, CI/CD, and operational readiness, defining application behavior, integration, and scalability requirements.
• Drive company-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot 365, building internal playbooks, templates, and delivering hands-on workshops.
• Perform functional reviews of model-generated code, ensuring it meets organizational needs and building reusable templates for future AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code Team & Enterprise / Copilot Studio is a must.
• Excellent business English – mandatory.
• Proven experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM logic design.
• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into AI-driven solutions.
• Basic software development skills OR strong proficiency with code-generation models.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and rapid learning ability.

Nice to have

• Ability to perform Code Review for model-generated code.
• Prior experience in DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
• Familiarity with Azure or Power Platform.
• Previous experience implementing GenAI tools in organizations.
