What you will do

• Architect, develop, and extend scalable quality platforms, automation enablers, and services integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement to engineers without direct people management.
• Drive Quality Intelligence by designing and building AI-assisted quality tooling using LLMs and agent-based systems.
• Generate and automate detailed reports and metrics on test coverage and execution for data-driven decisions.
• Define, standardize, and monitor quality KPIs and indicators for product teams.
• Enable and evolve testing environments and tooling, ensuring alignment with production environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in quality, testing, or reliability systems.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with growing experience in Python for backend or internal platforms.
• Experience building or integrating AI-assisted systems, including practical use of LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent-based workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a preference for data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Past experience with observability, SLOs, and reliability engineering.
• Experience in driving strategy and architecture for quality platforms at scale.
• Background working with test automation frameworks.
