What you will do

• Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations.
• Integrate hirify.global with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication.
• Optimize AI performance using prompt engineering, semantic search, and generative AI techniques.
• Perform data analysis, write SQL queries, and build dashboards to surface insights.
• Develop rapid proofs-of-concept and conduct live technical demos.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, engineering, product, and other teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling.
• Deep experience with large-scale data synchronization and API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Hands-on experience deploying on serverless and edge platforms with modern DevOps practices.
• Skilled in data mapping, schema alignment, and working with graph data structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
