What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Marketing and Affiliate roles.
• Suggest and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes.
• Directly search for and headhunt qualified candidates.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in other HR department processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including Marketing positions.
• 1+ year of experience hiring for Affiliate teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection methods and techniques.
• Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews.
• English: Upper-intermediate proficiency (B2).
