What you will do

  • Define and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Scale the global recruiting engine to support business growth.
  • Attract and hire high-caliber talent across IT, engineering, sales, marketing, and corporate functions.
  • Lead and develop recruitment teams across multiple regions.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and analytics.
  • Partner with senior business leaders on workforce strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5 years in global leadership roles.
  • Proven success in hiring for commercial, technical, and corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead dispersed teams.
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and governing recruitment standards and processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for metrics and performance insights.
  • Track record of influencing senior leaders and managing executive searches.
