What you will do

• Lead the success of either global user-facing websites or the editor-facing CMS.
• Drive continuous improvement by focusing on key product metrics.
• Create new features, optimize existing products, and sunset irrelevant ones.
• Dive deep into product data to analyze patterns and ask the right questions.
• Conduct user research collaboratively with a dedicated Product Designer.
• Help transition the product into an AI-empowered future.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Solid project management skills for leading larger initiatives.
• Proven experience in creating and optimizing user-facing products in B2C/E-Commerce.
• Experience and appetite for product discovery (user interviews, prototyping, data tracking).
• Ability to work closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Data teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and building strong, professional alliances.
• Very good English skills.
