What you will do
- Provide administrative support to Customer Success and sales teams, including order processing and coordination.
- Act as a primary contact for customers, handling enquiries and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Process client set-ups and configuration, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Support sales operations by maintaining data, generating reports, and contributing to decision-making.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely product delivery and streamline processes.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvements across operational workflows.
Requirements
- Must be a current undergraduate at a UK university.
- Able to undertake a year in industry placement starting July 2026 and ending August 2027.
- Interest in business processes (ideally studying Business, Numerical, or related degree).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Accuracy-focused with the ability to manage concurrent tasks.
- Must be based in London and able to work in the office at least twice weekly.
