Location: Hybrid, based in Singapore, with regular travel (at least 30%) across the ASEAN region.

What you will do

• Engage directly with customers and prospects, delivering executive-level demonstrations and implementing solutions.
• Develop and execute a technology-informed go-to-market strategy for the ASEAN region.
• Define and simplify the hirify.global offering to key market segments and deliver messaging.
• Drive business activities including business reviews, pipeline generation, and deal closure.
• Introduce new innovations to the market through various media channels.
• Work with regional leadership to define company priorities and formulate strategic plans for growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within IT, Cyber Security, Service Provider, or Telecommunications industry, with a minimum of three years in a similar executive-level position.
• Own CxO level relationships at both business and technical levels, with strong existing executive customer, partner, and industry associations.
• Solid experience shaping and translating a technology-enabled vision into successful business outcomes and leading digital transitions.
• Strong understanding and experience in managing cloud-based models including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Strong background in Cyber Security, Security Operations, and IT Risk Governance.
• Proven experience speaking at public forums and presenting at key industry events, demonstrating highly skilled communication and influence.
