What you will do

• Manage multiple digital projects from inception to delivery phase.
• Document project activities, including project plans, meeting notes, agendas, and weekly status reports.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) and guide others.
• Drive decision-making, efficiently plan, and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
• Report on KPI and Critical Success Factors.

Requirements

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle.
• Expertise in Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks, and Go To Market steps.
• Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching).
• Must be able to work EST hours.

• Experience managing multiple digital web and mobile projects.
