What you will do

• Discover, access, import, clean, and prepare data for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to create features, build pipelines, and deploy ML models and GenAI applications (AI agents).
• Understand, implement, refine, and design machine learning and other algorithms.
• Run A/B tests and performance evaluation pipelines to analyze impact of ML models and GenAI applications.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, AI scientists, and product engineers.
• Explore new technology shifts to connect with customer benefits.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, preferably in AI/ML related areas.
• Knowledge of Data Science tools: Python, Scikit, NLTK, Numpy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras, R, Spark.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering).
• Knowledge and experience with GenAI application development.
• Familiarity with data query and processing tools like SQL.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, performance complexity).
• Proficiency with software engineering fundamentals (Git, GitHub, production-ready code).
• Experience deploying highly scalable software.
• Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, cuDNN) and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
