What you will do

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP WM configurations and detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
• Configure and test SAP WM functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.
• Manage data migration, master data validation, and warehouse-related data preparation.
• Lead end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide critical go-live support.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SAP WM consulting experience, ideally including one full-cycle implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Warehouse Management configuration and support.
• Deep understanding of logistics processes (Goods Receipt, Putaway, Picking, Physical Inventory, Batch Management).
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and professional English communication skills.
• Proven experience in integrating SAP WM with other core SAP modules.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP EWM or SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation or RF solutions.
• Experience working within international project environments.
