What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for DFR customers, guiding them through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Manage customer relationships and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with deployment engineers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively address customer concerns, provide timely solutions, and ensure needs are met.
- Liaise with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical challenges while maintaining clear customer communication.
- Identify upsell opportunities, renewals, and expansion within accounts to foster long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software systems for troubleshooting and deployment.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex client challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Familiarity with FAA Part 107 drone operations and compliance is a bonus.
- Experience with large-scale IT systems in government or public safety is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-first environment, take ownership, and strategically problem-solve.
