What you will do

  • Deliver full value chain of Business Services.
  • Contribute to the standardization of Business Services solutions.
  • Drive transformation processes and incorporate new ways of working.
  • Implement Business Services projects.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Solution Architects.
  • Improve and automate all processes along the Business Services value chain.
  • Constantly learn and develop yourself and the team.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in developing the Communication Server.
  • Direct involvement in the development of DEX/DFS.
  • Business knowledge in Investment Operations areas, including trade processing, matching (CTM), SWIFT, FX, and reconciliation.
  • hirify.global Dimension knowledge, especially in investment operation areas.
  • Experience with data imports, data transformations, and data exports.
  • Familiarity with global standards for financial information and payments (SWIFT messages, ISO20022, MT/MX format).
  • Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT or other datatypes.
  • Experience in working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience in implementation projects.
  • Ability to communicate with operation, product, and technical teams.
  • Committed supporter of standardization and best practice concepts.
  • Transformation mindset and great collaborative skills.
  • English: B2 required
