Senior Staff Product Manager (Web3): Leading a cross-functional core team within the Crypto Business Unit, bridging the gap between complex technology and consumer experiences with an accent on Bitcoin, Stablecoins, and Tokenization. Focus on defining a high-impact roadmap, designing "invisible" blockchain experiences, and mentoring Lead and Senior PMs.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; Campinas, Brazil; Palo Alto, United States; Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid 2-3 times/week on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto initiatives, defining a roadmap that scales offerings globally.
• Design "invisible" blockchain experiences, abstracting complexity for users.
• Mentor Lead and Senior PMs on product craft, execution velocity, and navigating Web3 complexity.
• Partner across business units to align roadmaps and identify synergies.
• Analyze unit economics, benchmark the competitive landscape, and define KPIs.
• Manage OKRs and long-term planning in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Years of experience building and scaling financial products used by millions.
• A deep understanding of digital assets and decentralized infrastructure.
• A proven ability to translate highly technical crypto concepts into human-centric experiences.
• Experience navigating complex global regulatory frameworks and working with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Experience in mentoring senior peers, and a track record of driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority.
• Proficiency in data analysis and a deep understanding of how product decisions impact the business ecosystem.
