Salary: 23k - 32,917 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP)

What you will do

• Design and build core platform systems like load shedding, circuit breakers, and rate limiting.
• Own critical platform concerns like ingress and egress, shaping traffic flow.
• Define stable interfaces and libraries for other platform teams.
• Lead end-to-end projects from scoping and design to rollout, working across multiple teams.
• Partner with other infrastructure teams to embed reliability into hirify.global's architecture.
• Debug hard problems across the stack and ensure they don't happen again.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background.
• 5+ years of experience building and operating backend systems at scale.
• Familiarity with distributed systems patterns.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Terraform, and monitoring tooling like Datadog.
• Experience defining reliability and performance targets for production systems.
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator.
