Site Reliability Engineer - Digital Commerce

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week

Salary: 14,700 PLN per month

What you will do

• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis to drive rapid resolution.
• Maintain the reliability, performance, and ongoing operation of critical data infrastructure.
• Implement and improve observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on daily operations and issue resolution.
• Improve incident management and operational processes.

Requirements

• Basic experience with incident response and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Spyglass.
• Understanding of data architecture and processing tools such as Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, incident documentation, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• DevOps Foundation, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft AZ-900, or Databricks Fundamentals certification.
