What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day account management for newly onboarded and existing customers.
  • Execute campaigns flawlessly and coordinate with internal resources.
  • Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization to align with client ROI goals and incremental revenue.
  • Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform and features to help them achieve business goals.
  • Ensure timely customer escalations and partner with account teams to resolve day-to-day blockers.
  • Continuously strengthen your Bing Ads and Search Industry expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and service.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising concepts: CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create, and deliver customized, customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • Bing Ads Certification.
  • Experience using Excel to analyze information, including data manipulation, V-Lookups, and creating pivot tables.
