Location: Remote (UK or USA). Flexible hours may be required to align with the West Coast Canada team.

What you will do

• Dissect campaign client briefs and structure research.
• Define and oversee campaign strategy, planning, and delivery.
• Work closely with Maverick Creative Directors and Creatives.
• Leverage digital platforms and target audiences for custom content.
• Develop core campaign messaging.
• Engage in creative and strategy pitching, ideally within a creative or advertising role.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and standards on all elements of work from documentation to project delivery.
• Well organised with a process driven mind.
• Strong relationship building, influencing & commercial skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken, including strong presentation skills.
• Significant number of years in a client facing role within marketing, client services, creative agency, creative services, or video games.
• Significant number of years in data analysis, research, and interpretation.
• Significant number of years in a campaign management or strategically focused role.
• Demonstrates experience working in a strategic role with international, large-scale entertainment brands.
