Salary: $113,000-$130,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end clinical implementation projects, including planning, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate clinical workflows and requirements into clear implementation plans and technical specifications.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to support configuration, testing, and deployment of clinical systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation, workflows, and implementation playbooks.
• Train and support internal teams and external partners on clinical processes and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, product operations, digital health, or clinical research.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of relevant education.
• Experience managing clinical projects and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement complex initiatives.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency, including hands-on experience working with clinical systems and digital healthcare platforms, including EMRs.
