What you will do

• Build the hirify.global Creative System for Scale by translating brand guidelines into a foundational Figma component library.
• Develop Scalable Creative Workflows by designing repeatable file structures and production workflows in Figma.
• Drive Strategic Automation & AI by identifying high-volume production bottlenecks.
• Establish Enablement & Guardrails by creating clear documentation, training guides, and quality standards.
• Measure, Improve, and Mature the System by defining and tracking key performance metrics.
• Maintain expert-level proficiency in Figma and Creative Cloud, while exploring emerging AI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in design systems roles with deep mastery of Figma component architecture.
• Experience building creative workflows that scale output through templates, workflow automation, and the thoughtful use of AI tools.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools that streamline creative production.
• Demonstrates expertise in applying AI tools to scale creative production.
• Experience translating brand guidelines into repeatable systems that both designers and non-experts can apply.
• Comfortable building documentation, onboarding materials, and training modules.

• Familiarity/comfort with agents, coding, and AI tools will facilitate the collaboration that will enable us to successfully scale creative workflows.
