Location: Hybrid in San Bruno, California or Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Salary: $166,500–$250,000 USD base per year

What you will do

• Own user experience design for one or more product areas, including interaction and interface design and leading small UX teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, content strategists, and domain experts to set design strategy and iterate solutions.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure effective implementation and solve technical challenges creatively.
• Mentor UX team members and contribute to the hirify.global Design System and cross-team design initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field with 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise software, consumer products, or medical devices.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.
• Fluency with design tools such as Figma and expertise in accessible, responsive web application design.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S./M.A./M.F.A.) in relevant field.
• Experience leading or managing UX design teams.
• Background in enterprise products, AI, data platforms, healthcare, or medical services.
• Expertise in interactive prototyping tools including AI-driven prototyping.
