Media Planning Manager (B2B)

What you will do

• Support senior media planners in managing tasks, working independently on smaller campaigns and closely on larger projects.
• Conduct audience research using GWI to determine and support planning recommendations.
• Allocate budget appropriately between channels and support forecasting requests with Activation.
• Contribute to clear briefs for Activation and collaborate to finalize channel/publisher selections and budgets.
• Own the overall client plan, manage campaign finances on internal tools, and maintain testing plans.
• Lead the delivery of digital campaigns from briefing to end-of-campaign reporting, becoming the primary client contact.
• Create and manage cross-channel reporting templates, presenting weekly status slides with accurate insights and actions.

Requirements

• Must be a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location.
• Basic spreadsheet capability (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) are a must.
• Superior presentation design skills.
• Understanding of industry standard media research tools (GWI).
• Sound written and verbal communication skills with a desire to learn and advance.
• Excellent organizational skills, close attention to detail, and ability to quality control work.
• Superb client relationship and management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
