TL;DR

Senior Product Enablement Manager (AI): Defining and operationalizing go-to-market strategies for rapid product innovations and AI capabilities, translating them into clear enablement for Sales and Solutions teams. Focus on developing commercial frameworks, ensuring launch readiness, and providing strategic field feedback to refine product viability.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area, must be eligible to work in the United States, in office 3 days/week).

Salary: $150,300 - $188,125 (San Francisco Bay Area base salary range).

What you will do

  • Define the commercial path and go-to-market strategy for high-volume product updates.
  • Operationalize product innovation, ensuring a clear commercial strategy and path to field adoption.
  • Lead launch readiness and marketability by partnering with Product Marketing.
  • Develop GTM playbooks for AEs, RMs, CSMs, and SEs to navigate complex technical sales.
  • Serve as a high-level advisor to Product and R&D leaders on product roadmap and commercial packaging decisions.
  • Act as a strategic conduit for field feedback, synthesizing insights to refine commercial viability and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Strategic commercial mindset to build GTM strategies from ambiguous product updates.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS commercial engine and translating technical features into business value.
  • Technical fluency, particularly with AI concepts, to create simple and persuasive commercial narratives.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across Product, R&D, and Sales.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Hybrid working policy: expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and experience enabling teams on AI-driven products.
  • Background in instructional design or technical writing.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Gong, or modern LMS platforms.
