What you will do
- Partner strategically with Product Leadership to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and ownership.
- Manage operational excellence at scale, driving velocity and minimizing friction for complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Provide deep technical direction and challenge architectural decisions to ensure the team builds scalable, maintainable B2B SaaS solutions.
- Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities and delivery.
- Oversee the quality and performance of the product domain, managing technical debt strategically alongside new feature development.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering, with significant experience in leadership roles managing large or multiple teams.
- Deep technical expertise and proven background in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms (experience with .NET Core, React, and Azure is an advantage).
- Demonstrated success working in a dual-leadership setup and translating business requirements into technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2).
