What you will do

• Lead and support a team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive scalable, high-performance rendering solutions.
• Champion best practices in graphics engineering, focusing on color management and optimized rendering pipelines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in rendering technology, PBR, ICC profiles, and Rust development.
• Define and track engineering success metrics aligned with company vision and technical excellence.
• Drive technical hiring for Rust and PHP engineers with a passion for graphics programming.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar role.
• At least 5 years experience in software engineering.
• A track record of delivering complex projects within deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find the best paths for your team and the company.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
