What you will do
- Lead and support a team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive scalable, high-performance rendering solutions.
- Champion best practices in graphics engineering, focusing on color management and optimized rendering pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in rendering technology, PBR, ICC profiles, and Rust development.
- Define and track engineering success metrics aligned with company vision and technical excellence.
- Drive technical hiring for Rust and PHP engineers with a passion for graphics programming.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar role.
- At least 5 years experience in software engineering.
- A track record of delivering complex projects within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find the best paths for your team and the company.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
