What you will do

• Build HR analytics from the ground up, defining key metrics and data sources.
• Create an analytics framework for hiring, rewards, and people decisions.
• Develop performance metrics for recruitment and HR workflows.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Design and maintain monitoring reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Analytical mindset and systematic thinking.
• Experience in hypothesis testing and validation.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
