What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain delivery systems for deploying models to device fleets, leading re-architecture for dynamic updates.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Embedded Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate complex ML features.
- Implement infrastructure for silent model testing on production devices and build telemetry pipelines for monitoring.
- Solve edge constraints: resilient updates for low-bandwidth, limited storage optimization, and network failure recovery.
- Mentor and establish MLOps best practices in Python tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Experienced in production MLOps with pipelines deploying models to the physical world (IoT, Edge, Robotics).
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Linux systems, writing clean infrastructure code.
- Collaborative, effective communication with researchers and embedded engineers to translate constraints.
- Strong systems thinking, designing resilient architectures for heterogeneous device deployments, managing risk with canary releases and safe rollbacks.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias towards action.
Nice to have
- Experience with NVIDIA edge ecosystem (Jetson Nano/NX/Orin, DeepStream SDK, TensorRT).
- Familiarity with video pipelines, GStreamer, or ffmpeg.
- Experience with fleet management tools like AWS IoT Greengrass, Balena.
- Interest in sports technology, video analytics, or performance metrics.
