What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain delivery systems for deploying models to device fleets, leading re-architecture for dynamic updates.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Embedded Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate complex ML features.
• Implement infrastructure for silent model testing on production devices and build telemetry pipelines for monitoring.
• Solve edge constraints: resilient updates for low-bandwidth, limited storage optimization, and network failure recovery.
• Mentor and establish MLOps best practices in Python tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Experienced in production MLOps with pipelines deploying models to the physical world (IoT, Edge, Robotics).
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Linux systems, writing clean infrastructure code.
• Collaborative, effective communication with researchers and embedded engineers to translate constraints.
• Strong systems thinking, designing resilient architectures for heterogeneous device deployments, managing risk with canary releases and safe rollbacks.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias towards action.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA edge ecosystem (Jetson Nano/NX/Orin, DeepStream SDK, TensorRT).
• Familiarity with video pipelines, GStreamer, or ffmpeg.
• Experience with fleet management tools like AWS IoT Greengrass, Balena.
• Interest in sports technology, video analytics, or performance metrics.
