What you will do

• Collaborate closely with data scientists and business users to understand problems and find the shortest path from data to value.
• Build scalable and robust AI solutions, ensuring applications are testable, extendable, and easy to maintain.
• Lead technical decisions and coach junior engineers in larger teams to grow their expertise.
• Develop cutting-edge AI applications, including GenAI solutions and agentic AI systems.
• Rigorously evaluate solutions to ensure they deliver real business value beyond impressive demos.
• Contribute to deploying ML models at scale and building platforms for efficient AI teams.

Requirements

• Experience at the overlap of AI, software, or data engineering, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to working for different clients and environments.
• Proficiency with modern tech like CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with cutting-edge GenAI/LLM integration.
• Strong coding, scripting, or templating skills.
• Must be living in North Brabant, Limburg, or Gelderland (Netherlands).
