Location: Onsite in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Must live within 60 minutes commute time.

What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end AI agents and automation workflows to eliminate business bottlenecks.
• Guide and review AI-generated code, focusing on prompting, structuring, and supervising generative tools.
• Work hands-on with tools like Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Agent Studio, Org.ai, and Google ADK.
• Translate high-leverage automation opportunities from internal teams into technical solutions.
• Build seamless connections between systems using various APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Prototype working solutions rapidly, prioritizing speed and business value over perfection.

Requirements

• AI-First Mentality and obsession with efficiency, leveraging LLMs for development.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with LLM libraries like LangChain.
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks to connect complex platforms like NetSuite or HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents with SDKs or ADKs (Google ADK and Vertex AI is a bonus).
• Proficiency in data querying, cleaning, and transformation with tools like BigQuery.
• Proven experience building scalable, logic-heavy workflows in n8n or similar tools.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into working solutions.
• Onsite presence required 5 days a week from the Rotterdam office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English for communication with both local and international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or fast-scaling tech environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG, or fine-tuning LLMs.
