What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Refactor existing code, improve model performance, and streamline pipelines.
• Combine and analyze complex datasets to create high-quality model inputs.
• Write production-ready code to deploy and operationalize ML models.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in a DevOps-oriented setup.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or 6+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, including tree-based and clustering models.
• Hands-on experience with production-ready coding in Python and PySpark.
• Experience with MLOps/DevOps, model deployment, monitoring, and pipeline optimization.
• Familiarity with Databricks, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and CI/CD practices.
